The following Science Summer Camps are available in Fort Frances from June 25 to 29 and July 3 – 6, 2018:

Mix Make and Move (English)

Ages 4 to 5

This camp has your child playing with the spirit of ‘what if’.... taking advantage of the curiosity of the 4/5 year old set. That spirit of innovation and problem solving will have your child doing things like making a CO2 ‘sandwich’, moving a jet engine balloon, or mixing a marvelous magnetic masterpiece, and much more! Your young one will have a week full of awesome hands-on experiences.

Discovery Camp 2018 (English)

Ages 6 to 8

Can’t decide between a lab coat and a hard hat? A magnifying glass and a test tube? Discovery Camp has it all, from building rockets in a space-inspired day, to looking for precious metals in the sand. Campers will dig into physics, chemistry, and biology in a week that’s bursting with new experiences!

Media Camp (English)

Ages 9 to 11

The world of media changes by the day! Every year this camp takes a different angle on how we communicate with each other using technology. We will start with playing with light, and move onto topics like green screen techniques, clay animation, or playing with cameras. This camp lets the creative kid work with the ‘tools of the trade’ in making their own visual masterpieces.
