Other important information:

• This is a pedestrian march using sidewalks. No motor vehicles will be allowed. We encourage strollers, wagons, and bicycles (though you will need to walk your bike over the bridge on the pedestrian path).

• Be sure to check out the Pride Mart at Curvy Chick to purchase Borderland Pride T-shirts and other colo(u)rful swag for the occasion! We'll have prizes for participants: including for the oldest, youngest, largest family contingent, and most rainbow-y marchers.

• This event will proceed RAIN OR SHINE. Standard identification will be required for entry into Canada. Participants are encouraged to contact the Canada Border Services Agency and U.S. Customs and Border Protection to determine their admissibility.

• We encourage Canadian participants to park at the Fort Frances Tourist Information Centre and walk or taxi across to Smokey Bear Park before the event starts. This will avoid any difficulties with bridge lines.

• Unsure about your admissibility to Canada? Call the local CBSA detachment at 807-274-3655.
